Take the Day Off: Aligning with the Magic Frequency

How many times have you dragged yourself out of bed, forced yourself into uncomfortable shoes, and shown up somewhere you didn’t even want to be? Work, church, family events, social obligations—you name it. Society has trained us to push through, to be "responsible," to check the boxes even when our entire being is screaming no. But what if I told you that by forcing yourself into these situations, you’re not just hurting yourself—you’re affecting all of us?

Yes, all of us.

Energy is powerful, and it moves through us like an invisible current, touching everything. When you sit in that office chair, simmering in frustration, or slump into a church pew out of guilt rather than joy, that energy doesn’t just stay with you. It ripples outward, dragging down the collective frequency. And here we are, some of us over here just trying to vibe, minding our own, and suddenly—bam!—we feel the weight of your resistance.

So here’s a radical idea: Take the day off.

If you wake up feeling drained, stay home. If you can’t stomach another sermon, don’t go. If Monday feels like a prison sentence, start planning your escape. Because the truth is, forcing yourself into spaces where you don’t belong isn’t a badge of honor—it’s a weight on the entire frequency of this world.

We’ve been tricked into believing that happiness is selfish. That skipping work is lazy. That skipping church is sinful. But what if happiness is actually the key? What if happy is the magic frequency we were always meant to tune into?

Imagine a world where people only did what made them feel alive. Where energy flowed freely, untangled from guilt, obligation, and societal "shoulds." Imagine the collective surge of joy, creativity, and inspiration we could generate.

This is how powerful we are.

And this is why it’s time to break the cycle. The world doesn’t need more obligation—it needs more magic. And magic doesn’t happen when we’re drained, depleted, and dragging our feet through another forced experience.

Let’s shift this. Let’s take back our power.

Do what makes you happy.

Because happy is the magic frequency. And when enough of us tap into it—when we align with our joy, our truth, our freedom—we make Santa fly again.
